When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

How do we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
How do we communicate with our site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. All of our tours have a commitment deposit policy that the client accepts and pays online or in person at any time that Santa Fe Caribbean Tours deems appropriate. If the client does not show up and / or cancel the tour, must pay the booking fee/deposit.
The deposit is regularly 20% of the tour or a fixed amount agreed previously
Cancellation policy: The client will be able to reschedule his appointment until before of the last 24 hours the time of the appointment for free. Only in case of bad weather, the appointment can be rescheduled the same day on request of the client or the guide for another hour or even to another day.
To cancel your tour, you must notify us before of the last 24 hours of the beginning of the appointment, in that case if there is any deposit of commitment guarantee will not be refunded.
The weather does not cancel any tour unless there are major risks.
Our guides are trained by the Panama Tourism Authority and they will be able to attend with first aid in case of incident, but nevertheless each client in our tours is at their own risk.

Price per person: $277.00USD
*Please contact us for solo travelers as the trip is possible but will cost upwards of $300.00USD.
We are happy to combine groups if needed.

• All kayakers must be able to swim and have confidence in the water
• As this trip is weather dependent due to the safety factor of the river level and flow, keeping in mind we may only be able to assess this once in Ortiga the guests have two options: 1. Re-schedule for the next appropriate weather window 2. Choose our alternative Ortiga waterfall hiking tour starting price $30 per person (depending on group size) * if neither of these options are suitable the guests must please pay a $40 gas and guide fee for the round trip. The customer can cancel for free 24 hours in advance, if the client cancels during the last 24 hours must pay the booking fee of $20 per person. Read less
